Biostime® Happy Toddler Guarantee - Terms & Conditions

  1. The Biostime® Happy Toddler Guarantee is provided by Swisse Wellness Pty Ltd of 111 Cambridge Street, Collingwood 3066 Victoria, Australia (hereinafter referred to as “Biostime AU”). 
  2. The Biostime® Happy Toddler Guarantee (“Happy Toddler Guarantee”) starts at 00.01 AM AEST on 1 August 2022 and ends at 11:59PM AEDT on 31 January 2023 (“Purchase Period”). 
  3. To be eligible for a refund under the Happy Toddler Guarantee, you must:
    1. purchase one (1) or more Biostime® SN-2 BIO PLUS HPO Toddler Milk Drink or Biostime® 2’-FL HMO ProBOOST + VIT D (“Product”) from any authorised Biostime® Supplements retailer in Australia within the Purchase Period and retain your proof of purchase;  
    2. use the Product in accordance with any usage instructions provided with the Product; and  
    3. make a claim in accordance with these Terms and Conditions if you are not satisfied with the Product.  
  4. Claims must be made within thirty (30) days of the date you purchased the Product but not prior to twenty-four (24) hours after purchase via www.biostime.com.au/toddlerguarantee. Final claims must be submitted by 11.59pm AEDT on 31st January 2023. 
  5. Claims must include (a) your personal details including name, contact number, valid email address and postal address, (b) a photograph of a receipt with all details clearly visible for the Product from an authorised Biostime® Supplements retailer in Australia (Chemist Warehouse, Woolworths, Coles, Amazon and www.biostime.com.au) and (c) a brief explanation as to why you are not satisfied with the Product. 
  6. Incomplete or indecipherable claims, and claims without a copy of a valid receipt, will be deemed invalid. Only those claimants who provide all the required information as outlined in clause 4 above will be eligible for the Happy Toddler Guarantee. 
  7. Only one (1) claim will be permitted per Product per household; and a maximum of one (1) claim is permitted per eligible transaction/receipt.
  8. Claimants must retain their original purchase receipt for all claims as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase for a claim when requested may, in the absolute discretion of Biostime AU, result in invalidation of the claim and forfeiture of the right to a refund. Purchase receipts must clearly specify the store of purchase as an authorised Biostime® Supplements retailer, and that the purchase was made during the Purchase Period but prior to the claim. 
  9. Claimants are not required to return the Product in order to receive a refund.
  10. An eligible claimant who submits a valid claim will receive a refund of the price paid by the claimant for the Product, inclusive of GST in the form of a Digital VISA card. Digital VISA card will be sent to claimant's nominated email addresses within ten (10) business days of validation of their claim. Digital VISA cards are issued by iGoDirect Group Pty Ltd and are subject to the Digital VISA card Terms and Conditions, available at https://truerewards.com.au/visa-gift-card-terms. Biostime AU accepts no responsibility for any delays in receipt of the Digital VISA card.
  11. The Happy Toddler Guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory rights (including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law).
  12. Biostime AU collects and uses information about you and for the purpose of administering the Happy Toddler Guarantee. For more information on how Biostime AU uses and collects your personal information, please visit our privacy policy.
  13. The decision of Biostime AU on all matters relating to the Happy Toddler Guarantee is final. Biostime AU reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions or discontinue the Happy Toddler Guarantee at any time.
